Shipping Policy – EZ Beer

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Age Verification (18+)

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Our delivery partners may require proof of age upon delivery. Orders cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one suitable is available to receive the order (including where age verification cannot be completed), the delivery may fail.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • absence at the delivery address
  • inability to verify age
  • incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Redelivery fees may apply.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@takeitez.com with your order number and photographic evidence.

Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. However, we will always do our best to assist with any issues.
