Refund & Returns Policy – EZ Beer
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@takeitez.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- a replacement, or

a refund to your original payment method
We do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- taste preference
- products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are no longer in their original condition
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
This right does not apply to goods that have been opened, or where products are not suitable for return due to their nature (including consumable goods such as beverages).
